Haemorrhagic suprarenal pseudocysts: a systematic review of a rare condition from family physicians’ perspective during the COVID-19 global pandemic

Adrenal cysts are rare lesions that could be epithelial, endothelial, parasitic or haemorrhagic[1], as well pseudocysts. Haemorrhagic adrenal extremely and often asymptomatic, so diagnosis can really challenging. This prove difficult for primary care physicians who the frontline clinicians these patients tend to present to. They usually benign do not cause mortality if detected early prompt surgery is done, was case with patient in our report[4]. When they become symptomatic, different systemic symptoms documented literature, including report[2,4]. Diagnosis through Ultrasound CT Scan management largely laparoscopic open excision depending on size of lesion, surgical expertise local protocol. Most make full recovery low [3]. The aim this review provide a broader overview subject, highlight salient points several studies relating haemorrhagic cysts, an up date follow information index report explore possible areas future study [4,6]. also includes suggested algorithm intends emphasize fact primary, urgent emergency settings persistent non-specific should investigated diseases.
